Preschool Registration at St James the Apostle
Registration for New Families will open: February 12th at 9:00am

(In person in the school lobby)

The following items are required to apply for enrollment at St. James the Apostle School:

Provide an official / original BIRTH certificate. Please provide Original- a copy will be made and the original returned to you.
BAPTISMAL certificate (if applicable)
A non-refundable registration fee of $200.00 per Preschool family will be collected through the new SIS account.

Enrollment will not be considered until all Registration documents are on file in the school office.

Age Requirements:
Blended Preschool – Student must be 3 years old by September 1.
Kindergarten Prep – Student must be 4 years old by September 1

Potty Training Requirements:
Children must be 100% independent in bathroom use and self-care. Please see our policy.

Health Requirements:
Students entering Preschool, Kindergarten and Sixth grade are required to provide a State of Illinois Health Examination and Immunization Report.

ALL NEW students in Preschool – 8th Grade must provide a State of Illinois Health Examination and Immunization Report before the first day of attendance.
