This class is offered in the Fall and Spring.

Theater Club
The Crusader Players is St. James the Apostle’s new year-long afterschool theatre club for students in grades 2 through 8.   At the end of the year, there will be a performance showcase of skits and small one-acts which will highlight what they have learned. Through the use of games, exercises and other tools the students will learn the basics of theatre such as movement, enunciation, projection, character development, etc. Other added benefits include heightened memorization and concentration skills and improvement in self-confidence. These are skills that will be helpful throughout their lives. Students will also touch on offstage areas such as stage managing, directing, costuming, set designing and more.
